wastraloka tries the best to have the most accurate color display on your computer screen, however it is possible to have a slightly different color of the product.

Payment should be made in strictly 24 hours after the order has been placed, and you have to confirm to our customer care with proof of payment. Our customer care will confirm your payment in 24 hours.
If the payment is made and confirmed before 1PM, the order will be shipped on the same day as the payment confirmation. If the payment is made and confirmed after 1PM, the order will be shipped the next business day.
If you haven’t made a payment after 24 hours the order has been placed, it will be cancelled automatically.
Payment with PayPal / Credit Card will not need further confirmation.

We ship our product using JNE, SiCepat & Indonesian Post for international orders.
All shipping costs are automatically calculated when you are making a purchase. After you’ve made your purchase & confirm to our admin, a tracking number will be sent to you by our admin.
To track your order, you can contact our customer service during business days from 10 AM until 5 PM.
Slow response should be expected outside of working hours.
wastraloka will not be responsible for any fees charged by tax authorities, and if customers are not willing to pay for any custom fees, the shipping fee for return must be paid by customer.
Shipping are made on business days, as no shipments will be made on weekends and/or public holidays.

Return & Exchange :
wastraloka will only accept return if the garment received has defects / damage. We also provide an exchange for shipment of wrong products & sizes.
If so, the consumer must contact our admin immediately with proof of defect / damage, & must be mailed within 48 hours of receiving the item. Product must be in original condition, unworn & unwashed without any tag removed.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will check the product and we will ship back the exchanged item the next business day.
All return shipment fees will be made by wastraloka.
Please note that we don’t receive an exchange or refund for wrong purchase in terms of size & all sale items. We recommend our customers to read through our sizing guide before making a purchase to prevent wrong sizes.
